Terrible communication and customer service. I ordered 4 pairs of shoes on May 24th. I got 3 of them probably 2 weeks later. I emailed them asking about the missing 4th pair but also needed to do an exchange because they were slightly too big. Took probably two weeks from sending that email to get a response. I had to pay to ship them back (which I totally understand) and it cost me over $100. A couple weeks go by and I hadn’t heard anything from them. I ask if my shoes had returned when I could expect the 4th pair to come and if they could send a smaller size if it hadn’t already been shipped. A week later, so now probably a month after I originally ordered my shoes, I’m informed that the fourth pair of shoes is out of stock and I need choose a different pair. I’m confused as to how I was able to place the order if they were out of stock and also why I wasn’t immediately contacted to be informed of that rather than just receiving 3 pairs and having to ask where the fourth was. So I chose another pair and was then told that pair was ALSO not in stock and can the company just refund me and I can order from the website. I say sure but asked to get free shipping on the order and they told me they would see. They send me another email saying the item I wanted was out of stock. I respond saying I’m aware of that, you already told me and I would get a refund and I then asked when I can expect this refund and when will the shoes I exchanged arrive. I sent that email today. I always responded the day I got an email from them. I have spent over $300 in shoes and have no shoes. I still don’t have my exchange and I have not been refunded for the fourth pair of shoes I never even received.

I will never not LOVE Lamoda shoes, this brand completely broke me out of my shell fashion wise. I recieve compliments from other woman on a regular basis about what I wear and I know I have lamoda to thank for that. They creat unique shoes, trouble maker and MP3 love chunky platforms are two new additions that I just can't take my eyes off when I walk in them.

Bought a pair of shoes and boots, had to return the boots, communication about returning and refunding was great, thank you Banita! :D my shoes as also really great!

Was told shoes were "true to size". All my shoes are 9 so I ordered 9 and they are SMALL. Shoes also arrived damaged. Second order took almost 2 weeks to arrive and I had to pay an additional 23$ to recieve them (unlike 1st order). Return address might not even work (according to post office). I've wasted SO much money on these cheap shoes. Customer service is also terrible. Minimum 7 days to get a response.

I’m usually a size 7 but order a size up for a wider fit, preordered a size 8 months ago and the shoes fit like a size 5. Returned last week and haven’t received my refund yet.

I've ordered several pairs of shoes of Lamoda. I recently bought two pairs of boots in different sizes so I could try both. After returning one pair I contacted them to state tracking said they'd been received and was told they needed to processed on to their system. This was three weeks ago and now my emails are being ignored and no sign of a refund. It's really disappointing customer service and if this is what happens when you have to return something I won't be risking another order with them. Shame as I love the shoes but their customer service is not the one.

Ordered some boots, they arrived damaged. I sent them back the same day, could see that they had been received. Took over 3 months to receive a refund - there was barely any communication from LAMODA. I sent multiple emails to no response. One of the worst customer service I have ever received. You can get the same shoes for half the price off Ali express. Cheap quality

I ordered a pair of heels for an event in August on July 8th, but I received an email that said that my address was messed up. My address was labeled correctly on the website, and the email did not say what exactly was wrong with it. I contacted Lamoda via email (because they don't have a phone service for some reason) and I have not been contacted back since. I've contacted them twice and there is still no word. I really like the quality of the shoes, and I paid a good bit of money for them so it would be really nice if someone could get in touch with me about this situation. I've been reading other reviews stating that they have been having issues getting in touch with Lamoda as well which is not making me feel very confident. Hopefully, this is all sorted out with, however, my shoes haven't even been processed in the delivery system yet :(

Update: Lamoda finally reached out to me and said that the warehouse confused my shipping address with my billing address (a PO Box). They have sent me a tracking number and my shoes should be on the way! I was worried because of the lack of updates from them but they explained that they had received a flood of emails from other customers and fixed the issue immediately after seeing my email. I'm bumping my rating up 1 star.

Decent shoes, quality seems pretty good and the shoes themselves are beautiful but I got a 4 and they feel like a 5. Nothing an insole can't fix though

Despite coming from europe to american these shoes came very quickly! I love the quality and these for sure will end up being my favorite shoes! theyre so adorable and they are so comfortable

Responded with a solution and they were polite. I appreciated their service.

Excellent customer service my queries were answered quickly and efficiently..i was dubious about ordering after reading some of the reviews but i should not have worried my boots arrived quickly via Evri in a few days and i am over the moon with my new boots they are wonderful and i would definitely purchase from Lamoda again 😀

Back in April 2021 I paid £42 for a pair of shoes I never received! Never got a refund. I got ignored. SCAM ARTISTS

PayPal did me dirty by changing the shipping address to my old address - my parents’ place. I emailed support and Pascale was onto it and sorted it out super quickly. They’ve saved me the hassle of explaining a big delivery of shoes to my mum and I’m so freaking grateful!

I was sent the wrong size of boot and so I wrote an email and attached photos. A representative responded and apologized for the mix up, then said they would send me a new pair that is correctly sized. That email conversation took place over a month ago…. I have continuously wrote email after email to find out when I can get that correctly sized pair. No response still.
